In-Person Service Information

We offer both a digital and an in-person Sunday worship experience from 10:30–11:30am. Those who wish to enjoy the service online can access the live-stream on the church Facebook page or YouTube channel (see information below). Those who wish to attend must take note of the following COVID-19-related protocols:

a) Our doors open at 10:15am. Outside of the worship/media team, no one will be allowed in prior to this time.

b) We are asking that everyone enter solely through the front door of the assembly, wherein you will be greeted by an usher. Said usher will direct you—based upon logistical concerns and/or social distancing regulations—to one of two areas: i.e., the Main Sanctuary or the Community Room (wherein you can participate via the two TV’s). Please treat the ushering team with respect and follow their guidance.

c) Families of the same physical household may sit together with no concern for social distancing. Differing households must remain six feet apart at all times. Unless you live with the person, please stay apart throughout Phase One. Please take your seat prior to 10:30am, as the live-stream starts promptly!

d) You must wear a mask (unless you have a medical need). For children between ages 2 and 5, the wearing of a face-covering/mask is at the discretion of the child’s parent or guardian. Children under 2 should not wear a face mask or covering.

e) Hand sanitizer will be readily available to you and your family. There are also several sinks wherein you can wash as needed.

f) We do have an Infant and Toddler Nursery for children ages 3 and under. Please arrive by 10:15am to check your child in to the Nursery.

g) We are not permitted to host a coffee/snack time before or after service. Therefore, once the service is concluded those in attendance will be dismissed. If you are going to have conversation in our parking lot, remember that the rules for social distancing still apply. Let’s be a good witness to those cars passing by!

h) Those who wish to give may do so online or by placing their offering in the Sanctuary collection boxes.

j) You should NOT attend services in-person if any of the following are true:

•Member or worker is experiencing any symptoms such as fever (100.0 and above) or chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle/body aches, runny nose/congestion, new loss of taste or smell, or nausea, vomiting or diarrhea

•Member or worker has had “close contact” with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19. “Close contact” means living in the same household as a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, caring for a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, being within 6 feet of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 for 15 minutes or more, or coming in direct contact with secretions (e.g., sharing utensils, being coughed on) from a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, while that person was symptomatic

•Member or worker has been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by their doctor or a local public health official

Thank you for your understanding as we all seek to navigate this challenging time.
